0kzz Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 0kzz ("0kzz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 0kzz website at https://0kzz.vip, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of 0kzz after any amendment to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Use of the 0kzz platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an account closed by 0kzz for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

0kzz enforces a strict 21+ age verification policy. At the point of registration, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of 0kzz services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 0kzz platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings accrued in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 0kzz username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. Account Verification (KYC): 0kzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit identity verification documents. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Verification documents must be clear, unaltered originals or certified copies submitted in digital format.

All transactions are processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are charged by 0kzz; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges which are beyond our control.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although high-value deposits may trigger enhanced verification checks under our KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the stated wagering requirements in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the limits applicable to your VIP tier.
• The requested withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit into your account (first-withdrawal rule).

0kzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount the stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The specific multiplier will be stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other method deemed by 0kzz to constitute abuse will result in the immediate voiding of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• VIP Programme Rewards: Cashback rewards, tier bonuses, and other benefits issued under the 0kzz VIP programme are subject to the specific VIP programme rules communicated to eligible players and may carry their own wagering or activity conditions.
• Seasonal Promotions: Promotional offers tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or T20 World Cup are time-limited and subject to specific eligibility criteria that will be communicated with each offer. 0kzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify seasonal promotions without prior notice.

0kzz reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account.

All bets and wagers placed on the 0kzz platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within each betting market or game interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation reference number from the 0kzz system. Bets in a "pending" state are not guaranteed acceptance. 0kzz reserves the right to void bets placed due to system error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are applied per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and vary by sport, market type, and player VIP tier.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to temporary suspension of markets during periods of high match activity (e.g., wicket falling, goal scored). 0kzz accepts no liability for delays in live odds updates caused by third-party data providers.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is fully confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, use of prohibited software, or a violation of these Terms. Voided bets return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Casino Game Fairness: All casino games available on 0kzz are sourced from certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kzz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or bonus structures across 0kzz or in combination with other platforms to generate risk-free profit at the expense of the platform.

• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your player account, whether for betting, account management, or any other purpose.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.

Any misuse of game content is subject to enforcement action by the respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 0kzz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments: 0kzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the email address registered to their account and/or by a notice displayed on the platform. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your 0kzz account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Account Closure by 0kzz: 0kzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of account closure for cause, 0kzz may retain account balances pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
